The Healing Science Behind the Touch
Ayurvedic wisdom recognizes that unresolved emotions accumulate in specific organs and tissues, creating blockages that manifest as physical imbalance and disease. Through intentional, meditative touch—dhyāna sparsha—these therapies work to release emotional tension stored in the connective tissue, considered the seat of the subconscious mind.
These treatments serve as versatile components of Panchakarma, Ayurveda's comprehensive detoxification and rejuvenation program. While more intense cleansing procedures require robust constitutions, the therapies taught in this immersion can benefit a wide range of individuals, making them invaluable additions to any healing practice.
Learn to develop your dhyāna sparsha, meditative touch, to bring functional integrity to these organs. Ayurvedic bodywork can break down the crystals of unresolved emotional stress in the connective tissue - the seat of the subconscious mind - and support their detoxification as well as support cellular intelligence, immunity, and communication.
You'll learn to stimulate prana, break down crystallized stress patterns, support cellular intelligence and immunity, and facilitate the body's innate healing mechanisms—all through the power of intentional, skillful touch.
