A cleanse is ideal for anyone and everyone, but particularly if you’re experiencing any of the following concerns:
Tiredness and fatigue
Low appetite, emotional eating, cravings or indigestion (gas, bloating, heartburn, sleepiness after meals)
Aches and pains
Unprocessed emotions or a heavy heart
Seasonal allergies
Getting sick and/or congested easily
Not feeling like your best self
You want to finally prioritize YOU and your long term health and wellness, for your sake as well as for your loved ones

A Guide to Kapha Dosha
Kapha dosha, which is predominantly earth and water elements, is the principle of cohesion and the building block material - it’s stable, cool, oily, heavy, dull, liquid, slimy, sticky, cloudy, and dense. It’s associated with both late winter and spring. Kapha is responsible for cold, cough, and congestion, water retention, weight gain, as well as the emotions of attachment, greed, and grief.
Clarity of mind and spirit
Greater sense of inspiration and vibrancy
Positive weight loss
More comfortable digestion
More energy
Less chronic pain
Improved relationships
Days 1-7
In order to obtain maximum benefit of the cleanse, our coaches will guide you through a week of transition. It's important to slowly wean off our normal routines and diet into the cleanse.
A kick-off live webinar, diving into the why's, how's, and what's of the cleanse. You will leave fully understanding how this specific ancient practice of cleansing works and how to successfully complete it yourself.
In addition to beginning to kindle our digestive fire, we slowly wean ourselves off of gluten, dairy, alcohol, meat, caffeine, and processed foods and sugars the week before the cleanse. This gradually eases us into the detoxification process, which generally reduces common cleansing symptoms like fatigue, headaches, and general aches and pains.
Join our coaches in a bonus live session, where we will review any questions that you have during the prep week. We will also review the topics of nutrition and digestion as it relates to the cleanse.
Days 8-16
Our coaching team will join you live each day of the cleanse to support you with any challenges you may face. Each day we will review the coming days’ protocols and address your questions. We will also review the theory behind each practice and provide tips along the way.
The first few days of the cleanse we take ghee, or clarified butter, on an empty stomach in the morning. Ghee has a magical effect of penetrating the deeper tissues of the body, helping to loosen the sticky toxins lodged there. To support these toxins moving into the GI tract, so they can be expelled from the body, we encourage a daily self massage with warm oil (called abhyanga) where our movements direct the released ama toward the center of the body.
Once the toxins have been brought back to the GI tract, they are ready to be purged. One method for purgation is taking a small amount of castor oil - a strong laxative that serves to empty the intestines and bowels of these accumulated toxins.
After resting post-purgation, it’s time for a sequence of herbal tea enemas to support in cleansing any residual toxins from the system as well as nourishing the colon.
Days 17-21
After the cleanse ends, we will regroup to provide you guidance as you transition to “normal” life. You have invested in your wellbeing and we want you to capture that benefit for as long as you can.
Preserve your hard work of the last 16 days by slowly reintroducing your normal diet. This is also the period of rejuvenation where we rebuild the deeper tissues.

I felt supported every single step of the way.
The check-ins ,daily calls and community was an added support and inspiration.
By the end of the cleanse, I felt lighter, calmer, and more in tune with myself — not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too.
I’m truly grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking balance, harmony, and a fresh start.

The meditations, yoga, and pranayama videos were very calming, and on a practical level, the recipes, tutorials, and live cooking demonstrations made it so much easier to integrate the wisdom I learned in the cleanse into my post-cleanse lifestyle.
One of the biggest gifts of this program was that it gave me permission to truly rest, slow down, and process.
My meditations are deeper, and my digestion has improved. If you’re considering joining, DO IT!

I feel so much clearer and cleaner now than I did when I started.
The fact that the teachers are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and relatable assisted tremendously as well.
My body feels better and with much less pain and stiffness. My mind is clearer. And my dedication to my spiritual practices is much stronger.
I would strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about joining an Ayurvedic cleanse to go for it.

What I want others to know is how dedicated you are to supporting the participants during the cleanse.
You are there for us every day with love, patience, and so much love and wisdom.
Thank you for your love, dedication, and service 💚

I did this cleanse hoping for a reset to get back into food habits that better support me.
The community that comes along with this cleanse is worth the price in itself. You feel cared for and like they are truly invested in your wellbeing. This is my second cleanse and I plan on doing many more.

I feel proud, grounded, and fantastic, and I am already looking forward on doing this again in community in 3 months time

This was my third cleanse. Find that each cleanse brings me more energy and more joy. This cleanse was tremendous for the reduction in joint pain in my shoulders!! 90-95% reduction from having pain everyday and waking in the night when I rolled on either shoulder. So grateful!! Thank you for your guidance, support and teaching. The universe brings what we need when we need it and you are clearly part of that need for me.

I was kind of nervous because I'm close to the age limit of doing this kind of cleanse. It was amazing, the best cleanse I've ever done. It was so nourishing, the support touched my heart. I enjoyed it so much. It's so healing and nourishing. Thank you so much.
This was my 5th cleanse. I look forward to continuing my Ayurvedic journey through learning how my body responds differently through each cleanse. Integrating pieces of the cleanse into my daily/monthly routines. Grateful for the community and the knowledge shared.
I'm so glad to have completed my first official panchakarma. The cleanse through Ayurpana is thorough, organized, and supportive. Not the same as 1:1, but it is cool to see that this kind of work can happen outside of 1:1 attention, so it is more widely accessible. Having a community to learn others' experiences helped my own. The cleanse guides are very knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly dedicated to Ayurveda in their personal lives! I will definitely return for future cleanses and recommend this to others! Thank you for deeply impacting our healing ❤️

I hoped to improve my metabolism, get rid of toxins and lose some weight. I have achieved all this by cleansing with Ayurprana. After each cleanse (this was my third one), I feel lighter and feel more supple in my body. Regular cleansing with Ayurprana keeps me on the path of Ayurveda and continues to integrate healthy habits into my daily life. Cleansing with Ayurprana is also like a reset for me after a few months of a busy life, where I can unwind, take care of myself and adopt healthy habits again.
The cleanse content will be available on ayurpranaplus.com as well as our AyurPrana+ mobile application. You will receive detailed instructions on how to access both learning platforms after you register for the cleanse.
This is a thorough and in-depth, traditional Ayurvedic cleanse. The processes themselves will take roughly 1-1.5 hours a day on average, in addition to the Live sessions with our health coaches. Certain days, such as the enema days, may take an additional half-hour or so more.
We do recommend that you do your best to clear your calendar and schedule as the cleansing process naturally can lead to a temporary period of fatigue and some mild discomfort, which then resolves as the body is rebuilt and rejuvenated. Each body is different and responds differently. Conserving as much of your energy as possible for the cleansing process will best serve you.
There are different phases during the cleanse, each with different experiences, discomforts, and feelings of relief. You will experience ups and downs in energy, mood, maybe even occasional nausea, as the cleansing process occurs. Each body is different and responds differently.
The mono diet involves a kitchari (mix of mung daal and basmati rice) diet. We provide guidance of modifications for specific diets. The mono diet is a very simple and easy-to-digest diet, which allows the digestive fire to rest and reset. This is crucial to the cleansing process.
We always recommend you consult with your primary care provider before making any changes to your health care plan or adding any supplements to your plan.
The cleanse process takes a significant amount of energy and processing. We therefore recommend following our AyurYoga program as provided during the cleanse or very light body movement. For the same reason, we recommend stopping bodywork during a cleanse.
We absolutely anticipate that not everyone can make it at the time we are playing the Live session. All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on our AyurPrana+ learning platform within 48-72 hours after the session. Please note that access to cleanse materials closes 30 days after the last live session.
We are not providing individual consultations. Our goal is to empower you with all the material and education you need to complete a cleanse. Our staff will be available 24 hours a day to answer questions and provide additional guidance and education through our private community group.
Cancellations will be honored up to 72 hours prior to the start of the Ayurvedic Home Cleanse.
Please contactcare@liveayurprana.comto submit a request for cancellation.
A fully guided Ayurvedic kapha cleanse that takes you through all three phases with daily practitioner support, and yoga with Shiva Rea this season. Not a food list with a start date. A real kapha cleanse program with structure, community, and someone who actually explains what's happening in your body and why at every stage.
Anyone who recognizes the texture of kapha accumulation. The fatigue sleep doesn't fix. Digestion that drags. A fog that coffee manages but never clears. Motivation that keeps saying it'll arrive tomorrow. If shorter cleanses produced change that faded fast, this kapha detox was built for exactly that gap. Spring is the traditional timing, but the signs matter more than the season.
Digestion that goes quiet. Energy that holds without caffeine. Clearer skin by week two. Mental clarity that comes back faster than expected. And then the thing people mention most afterward is that something emotional releases, a heaviness that felt like personality turns out to have been Kapha. The kapha cleanse benefits that surprise people most are never the ones they came in hoping for.
Kapha accumulation and weakened digestion are the same problem from different angles. This Ayurvedic kapha cleanse works directly on agni through kitchari, warming spices, trikatu, and triphala. When the fire rebuilds, everything downstream follows. Most people feel the gut shift within the first week of the active phase. Less bloating, more regularity, and meals that actually complete without hours of heaviness left behind.
For most healthy adults, a gentle food-based kapha cleanse is safe and well-tolerated. Pregnancy, nursing, recent surgery, serious illness, or genuine tissue-level depletion all call for caution. In those cases, work with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner first. The Ayurvedic cleanse is designed to work with the body's intelligence. Never to strain it.
