At AyurPrana, we are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the Personal Information that we collect from online users of our website located at https://liveayurprana.com/ and our mobile application AyurPrana+ (collectively, “Services''), our customers, event attendees, participants, individual clients of our services (collectively, “you” and “your”) and how we use, process and disclose such personal information. Information you provide to us: When you access or use our Services, we collect information you provide to us which includes:

Note: Most emails come with a link that allows you to quickly unsubscribe at any time. Emails that directly support your order, like order and shipping confirmations, do not come with unsubscribe options.

How do we protect your information?

When you place an order we offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. However, please be advised that even the best security measures cannot fully eliminate all risks. We cannot guarantee that only authorized persons will view your information. We are not responsible for third-party circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Services (such as our hosting service), conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For example, we may share your name and address with UPS in order to see that your order is delivered. We may also release your information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or to protect our or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
