Wise Woman Rising:
Menopause with Grace
A 5-Hour Live Online Journey Exploring Menopause Through Ayurveda, Modern Science, and Feminine Wisdom
Menopause is not an ending, but a sacred threshold — a time of rebirth, clarity, and spiritual sovereignty. Wise Woman Rising reframes the menopausal transition through the wisdom of Ayurveda, the lens of modern science, and timeless feminine knowing.
Building upon the foundation of Holistic Hormones (a course provided as a bonus to this amazing masterclass!), in this immersive 5-hour course you will explore the physical, energetic, and emotional shifts of midlife as invitations — rather than obstacles — supported by guided meditations, archetypal teachings, and soulful Ayurvedic practices.
You’ll leave feeling deeply seen, equipped with soulful practices, supportive resources, and a renewed sense of trust in your unfolding. Expect comfort, confidence, and connection — plus a shimmering toolkit to guide your journey for years to come.
Guided by Vrinda Devani, MD, FACOG, CAP

Together, we’ll hold space for inquiry, embodiment, and transformation.

🌸 Menopause Reimagined
For too long, menopause has been framed as loss — of youth, vitality, or relevance. But in the Ayurvedic tradition and in feminine wisdom schools, this season is not decline. It is initiation. A passage into spaciousness, insight, authority, and sovereignty.
🌿 Ancient Wisdom Meets Modern Science
From the decline of rasa (emotional juiciness) to the transformation of reproductive tissues into spiritual essence, Ayurveda provides a profound framework for this transition. Modern science affirms the shift: changing hormone patterns, metabolism recalibration, nervous system realignment. Together, they paint menopause not as a breakdown, but as a redesign for longevity and wisdom.
