Joining the 21-Day Ayurprana Cleanse was such a transformative experience for me.
This was my very first cleanse, and I was very nervous going in. Nishita, Joane, and Vrinda were all so encouraging and kind.
The meditations, yoga, and pranayama videos were very calming, and on a practical level, the recipes, tutorials, and live cooking demonstrations made it so much easier to integrate the wisdom I learned into my post-cleanse lifestyle.
One of the biggest gifts of this program was that it gave me permission to truly rest, slow down, and process.
Post-cleanse, I feel lighter emotionally, my skin has cleared, and I have more energy even though I'm drinking just a fraction of the coffee I used to. My meditations are deeper, and my digestion has improved.
If you're considering joining, DO IT!
I did this cleanse hoping for a reset to get back into food habits that better support me. The cleanse did that, but even more importantly, and surprisingly, it gave me an increased appetite for life and I have a renewed energy for tackling projects I have been postponing. The community that comes along with this cleanse is worth the price in itself. You feel cared for and like they are truly invested in your wellbeing. This is my second cleanse and I plan on doing many more.

Pitta Cleanse 2025
I felt pulled to reset, but was unsure — nervous about all the new habits, herbs, foods. I AM SO GRATEFUL I DID THIS!
I feel lighter, more settled in my soul, and more spacious — physically, mentally, spiritually. I recalibrated my sense of hunger and taste, and tuned back into what my body truly NEEDS.
I thought of this as cleaning out my internal fireplace so that I could build a new fire that would burn hotter, cleaner, brighter.
Don't overthink this. If you're feeling pulled to do this, follow that.
In this free session, you’ll meet our Ayurvedic practitioner team, understand the key principles behind the core of our health: the digestive fire (agni), and learn how to recognize your body’s natural signals and seasonal needs.
Embarking on an Ayurvedic cleanse is not just about detoxifying the body; it's a holistic journey toward rejuvenation and balance.
When you join our 21-Day At-Home Guided Ayurvedic Cleanse, you can anticipate a comprehensive experience designed to revitalize your body, mind, and spirit through proven Ayurveda detox methods.
Days 1-7
In order to obtain maximum benefit of the cleanse, our coaches will guide you through a week of transition. It's important to slowly wean off our normal routines and diet into the cleanse.
A kick-off live webinar, diving into the why's, how's, and what's of the cleanse. You will leave fully understanding how this specific ancient practice of cleansing works and how to successfully complete it yourself.
In addition to beginning to kindle our digestive fire, we slowly wean ourselves off of gluten, dairy, alcohol, meat, caffeine, and processed foods and sugars the week before the cleanse. This gradually eases us into the detoxification process, which generally reduces common cleansing symptoms like fatigue, headaches, and general aches and pains.
Join our coaches in a bonus live session, where we will review any questions that you have during the prep week. We will also review the topics of nutrition and digestion as it relates to the cleanse.
Days 8-16
Our coaching team will join you live each day of the cleanse to support you with any challenges you may face. Each day we will review the coming days’ protocols and address your questions. We will also review the theory behind each practice and provide tips along the way.
The first few days of the cleanse we take ghee, or clarified butter, on an empty stomach in the morning. Ghee has a magical effect of penetrating the deeper tissues of the body, helping to loosen the sticky toxins lodged there. To support these toxins moving into the GI tract, so they can be expelled from the body, we encourage a daily self massage with warm oil (called abhyanga) where our movements direct the released ama toward the center of the body.
Once the toxins have been brought back to the GI tract, they are ready to be purged. One method for purgation is taking a small amount of castor oil - a strong laxative that serves to empty the intestines and bowels of these accumulated toxins.
After resting post-purgation, it’s time for a sequence of herbal tea enemas to support in cleansing any residual toxins from the system as well as nourishing the colon.
Days 17-21
After the cleanse ends, we will regroup to provide you guidance as you transition to “normal” life. You have invested in your wellbeing and we want you to capture that benefit for as long as you can.
Preserve your hard work of the last 16 days by slowly reintroducing your normal diet. This is also the period of rejuvenation where we rebuild the deeper tissues.
This panchakarma detox at home includes gentle liver support through our Ayurvedic liver cleanse protocols, helping your body naturally release stored toxins while nourishing your digestive system with healing foods like our traditional Ayurvedic kichari cleanse recipe.
Each day of this Ayurveda cleansing diet offers teachings, practices, and guidance to help you cleanse, restore balance, and move through the process with confidence, clarity, and ease.
What each day includes:
Daily Instruction
Each day, our practitioners gather with you in a live video circle: guiding you through the day's practices, answering your questions, and keeping the flame of your commitment alive.
Time to Move
A yoga sequence chosen for where you are in the cleanse, not a generic class.
Each practice supports your body through what it is releasing that day, building the gentle strength and flow your system needs to keep moving forward.
Time to reflect
Journaling prompts and affirmations aligned with the day's intention, so the cleanse works not just on your body, but on the patterns and emotions that move alongside it.
Space to process. Permission to go inward.
Time to pause
A daily meditation practice to restore your nervous system and deepen your presence.
As your body clears, your inner landscape opens. These sessions help you receive what the cleanse is already offering you.
Every practice in this cleanse is taught, not assumed. Step-by-step video guidance walks you through how to prepare kitchari, practice abhyanga, perform nadi shodhana, apply nasya, and more traditional Ayurvedic detoxification methods.
All available on demand, at your own pace, for the full duration of the cleanse.
You also receive bonus resources to deepen your practice: Restorative Yoga, Restorative Pranayama (Breathwork), and the Vasant Lad Empty Bowl Meditation.

While we want to believe we have the discipline to hold ourselves accountable, the reality is the determination required is very difficult to keep up on your own.
The guidance helped to hold me accountable and made me feel like I wasn't alone.
The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and relatable, and that assisted tremendously.
My body feels better and with much less pain and stiffness. My mind is clearer. And my dedication to my spiritual practices is much stronger.
I would strongly encourage anyone thinking about joining an Ayurvedic cleanse to go for it.

Your body doesn’t need constant detoxing. It needs intelligent seasonal resets. An Ayurvedic cleanse at each major turning of the year works with nature — not against it — helping you release what has accumulated before it becomes imbalance
In spring, you melt excess kapha and feel lighter, clearer, energized.
At the end of summer, you cool and release built-up pitta, protecting your skin, liver, and nervous system.
In fall and winter, you ground vata, strengthen immunity, improve sleep, and restore emotional stability.

Today's Nourishing Immersion with Nishita was AMAZING.
I went in thinking it was going to be a simple session and ended up with such a comprehensive look into nutrition from an Ayurvedic perspective.
I will definitely be referencing the guides she provided as I begin (or try to begin) to implement this into my daily life.

I just completed my second Pitta Cleanse, and it was even better than the first!
The Ayurvedic practitioners are incredibly kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. They always create a safe, judgment-free space — their enthusiasm and encouragement make such a difference!
If you have been thinking about doing a cleanse, I cannot recommend AyurPrana enough — it is such a meaningful reset for body, mind, and spirit.

I have done other cleanses, but this was by far the most thorough and beautifully supported cleanse experience.
I felt I needed a winter refresh and got so much more.
I feel clearer, calmer, lighter and armed with new tools to support my physical and mental wellbeing
Nancy Sherman
First, you are all amazing! so knowledgeable, authentic & fun what a great combination for an experience that at times could be physically mentally & emotionally challenging.
This was my second cleanse but more thorough it went well. You were able to hold the space for such a diverse group with such loving care & encouragement.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I've done several cleanses, and each one feels different from the previous cleanses. What was different this time is that I was able to let go and gave myself permission to do nothing but take care of myself.
I'm proud of myself because I've let go of things and I feel great.
What I want others to know is how dedicated you are to supporting the participants during the cleanse.
You are there for us every day with love, patience, and so much love and wisdom. Thank you for your love, dedication, and service 💚
Brigitte Aubery
If you are thinking of a cleanse - sign up. I felt fully supported throughout the entire 21 days, despite the time zone difference.
Seeing you live each day was especially helpful as all our questions were answered and the instructions for the following day was clear.
Thank you, with love and gratitude. I feel cleansed, I feel new, I feel light.
Fatima
I studied Ayurveda for four years, but I often struggled with self-doubt.
I’ve been so satisfied with everything you offer — I’m truly a fan 💚🙏🏼
My experience with Ayurprana has been excellent. I’m deeply grateful to be learning from you and to continue growing in Ayurveda under your guidance.

Going through the cleanse was such a healing experience. I learned so much about pitta and realized my symptoms weren’t random — they were my body’s way of telling me it was overloaded with toxins. That shift in perspective was powerful.
With the guidance, recipes, and structure provided, I felt supported every single step of the way. The check-ins ,daily calls and community was an added support and inspiration.
I’m truly grateful for this experience and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking balance, harmony, and a fresh start.
Sandy
Thank you for sharing your passion, love and support 🥰🙏🥰 I so appreciate you and everyone at AyurPrana for this opportunity.
I find greater peace, understanding and stillness of mind and body. I’ve learned and will continue to learn and integrate to honor my Self inside and outside
With gratitude and appreciation 🙏 Namaste.
Learn more about our signature cleansing method and what’s included in our 21-day Ayurvedic cleanse
The traditional Ayurvedic cleanse aims to eliminate these accumulated toxins and energies from the body. Before these toxins can be expelled, we must first kindle the digestive fire - we do this to make sure our body has the capacity to “digest” and burn the toxins that get released from the deeper tissues during the cleansing process.
Kapha dosha, which is predominantly earth and water elements, is the principle of cohesion and the building block material - it’s stable, cool, oily, heavy, dull, liquid, slimy, sticky, cloudy, and dense. It’s associated with both late winter and spring. Kapha is responsible for cold, cough, and congestion, water retention, weight gain, as well as the emotions of attachment, greed, and grief.
Summer is the season of Pitta dosha - primarily fire and water elements, it’s the principle of transformation and metabolism. Pitta is hot, sharp, light, liquid, spreading, slightly oily, and has a fleshy smell. Common signs of elevated pitta are anything heat related - burning sensations, inflammation, skin concerns involving redness, itchiness, loose stools, heartburn, waking in the middle of the night, as well as pitta type emotions of anger, irritation, judgment and criticism of self and/or others.
The fall/autumn period and early winter season is associated with Vata dosha, which is predominantly composed of the elements ether (space) and air. We see these elements manifest in the light, dry, cold, rough, mobile, and clear qualities of autumn and early winter: the crunchy roughness of the turning leaves, the chilly crispness of the wind. As these qualities increase around us, so do they increase within us - constipation, gas, bloating, cold hands and feet, low back pain, cramping during menses, cracking and popping joints, insomnia, as well as feelings of anxiety, insecurity, fear or loneliness are all signs of elevated Vata dosha.
The cleanse content will be available on ayurpranaplus.com as well as our AyurPrana+ mobile application. You will receive detailed instructions on how to access both learning platforms after you register for the cleanse.
This is a thorough and in-depth, traditional Ayurvedic cleanse. The processes themselves will take roughly 1-1.5 hours a day on average, in addition to the Live sessions with our health coaches. Certain days, such as the enema days, may take an additional half-hour or so more.
We do recommend that you do your best to clear your calendar and schedule as the cleansing process naturally can lead to a temporary period of fatigue and some mild discomfort, which then resolves as the body is rebuilt and rejuvenated. Each body is different and responds differently. Conserving as much of your energy as possible for the cleansing process will best serve you.
There are different phases during the cleanse, each with different experiences, discomforts, and feelings of relief. You will experience ups and downs in energy, mood, maybe even occasional nausea, as the cleansing process occurs. Each body is different and responds differently.
The mono diet involves a kitchari (mix of mung daal and basmati rice) diet. We provide guidance of modifications for specific diets. The mono diet is a very simple and easy-to-digest diet, which allows the digestive fire to rest and reset. This is crucial to the cleansing process.
We always recommend you consult with your primary care provider before making any changes to your health care plan or adding any supplements to your plan.
The cleanse process takes a significant amount of energy and processing. We therefore recommend following our AyurYoga program as provided during the cleanse or very light body movement. For the same reason, we recommend stopping bodywork during a cleanse.
We absolutely anticipate that not everyone can make it at the time we are playing the Live session. All sessions will be recorded and available for viewing on our AyurPrana+ learning platform within 48-72 hours after the session. Please note that access to cleanse materials closes 30 days after the last live session.
We are not providing individual consultations. Our goal is to empower you with all the material and education you need to complete a cleanse. Our staff will be available 24 hours a day to answer questions and provide additional guidance and education through our private community group.
Cancellations will be honored up to 72 hours prior to the start of the Ayurvedic Home Cleanse.
Please contact care@liveayurprana.com to submit a request for cancellation.
