An Ayurvedic Women’s Wellness Webinar.

Just as certain seasons are associated with doshic attributes so too are the stages of our life governed by these same qualities.

Ayurveda is the science of life - and life, just like the cosmos from which it originates, is governed by cycles. It’s the highest goal of Ayurvedic practice to help us identify and work within these cycles to enable us to rediscover and maintain our own personal harmony.

It’s the root belief of this ancient health science of Ayurveda that all wellness, wholeness, and wellbeing emerge from balance.

Come meet Dr. Vrinda Devani, MD, CAP, RYT, the Medical Director at AyurPrana, whose passion for women’s health has led to a career as a board-certified OB/GYN and Ayurvedic Practitioner, studying with both Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute and Dr. Sarita Shrestha in Nepal.

In this webinar, Vrinda Devani will examine E-dominance through the lens of Ayurveda. For those who identify as female-sexed, often our battle with western medicine has been a lack of access to understanding how our natural cycles, hormones and other factors impact our health and wellness. This webinar embraces western medical science alongside the inclusion of holistic, ancient, Ayurvedic practices that reintroduce harmony through practices that nourish balance in our mind, body and spirit.

This webinar will not be a limited or isolated view of just analyzing symptoms and cures, but a holistic, energetic point of view that encompasses you as an entire being!
