WEBINAR OVERVIEW

An Ayurvedic Women’s Wellness Webinar.

Ayurveda is the science of life - and life, just like the cosmos from which it originates, is governed by cycles. It’s the highest goal of Ayurvedic practice to help us identify and work within these cycles to enable us to rediscover and maintain our own personal harmony.

It’s the root belief of this ancient health science of Ayurveda that all wellness, wholeness, and wellbeing emerge from balance.

In this webinar, Dr. Vrinda Devani will examine E-dominance through the lens of Ayurveda. For those who identify as female-sexed, often our battle with Western medicine has been a lack of access to understanding how our natural cycles, hormones, and other factors impact our health and wellness.

This wedinar embraces Western medical science alongside the inclusion of holistic, ancient, Ayurvedic learnings that reintroduce harmony through practices that nourish balance in our mind, body and spirit.

This discussion will not be a limited or isolated view of just analyzing symptoms and cures, but a holistic, energetic point of view that encompasses you as an entire being!

A Safe Place To Learn

This webinar is open to all and any bodies who find this topic of interest.

We use the term "women's wellness" but we hope that this does not dissuade anyone who has a wish to learn more about their own body's chemistry (however they may identify), or the bodies of those they love and support.

We aim to make this a safe and inclusive space for all who wish to attend!

Together, in community, we will build a better relationship with our own selves, so that we may come to better nurture and heal ourselves and each other.
