1 Cup Organic Full-Fat Yogurt
1/2 Cup- 3/4 Cup Water
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2-3/4 tsp Salt
Optional: Pinch of Black Salt (sanchar)

Ingredients:
1 Cup Organic Full-Fat Yogurt
1/2 - 3/4 Cup Water
2 tsp Cumin Powder
1 small bunch Mint
1/2 bunch cilantro
Directions:
- Pour everything into a large mason jar or bowl
- Use an immersion blender to mix everything up
- Enjoy after meals to support happy and healthy digestion

Rasa Cleanser
Ingredients:
10 ounces water
4 ounces pomegranate juice
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 dropper of chlorophyll
1 Tbsp aloe gell (inner filet)
Directions:
- Mix everything in a large jar
- Let the chia seeds soak and plump for at least 4 hours
- Enjoy 1 bottle of this throughout the day to support healthy summer pitta
