The relationship between Hormones Our Bodies & Ojas

Our body makes an abundance of hormones - hundreds of them.

Two major reproductive hormones are estrogen and progesterone.

These hormones, like many, are part of the nurturing and most subtle essence of our body - ojas. They strive to support BALANCE in the body - and ojas supports immunity, vitality, and nourishment.

Good ojas gives us our aura, glow, vitality, resistance, resilience, confidence, dignity, and independence.

As good as your digestive fire (agni) is, toxins will develop which can deplete ojas. Enjoy some suggestions on how to support the healthy development of ojas in your body!
