Release Guilt for Thyroid Health
Discover the transformative power of Ayurveda to release guilt and enhance thyroid health with world-renowned Ayurvedic Physician and teacher Vasant Lad, BAM&S, MASc.
The thyroid is an endocrine gland we’ve heard a lot more about in recent years, particularly in relation to concerns like hypo or hyperthyroidism and auto-immune disorders. Why has there been such an increase in concerns like these? Are there any mental/emotional/psychological factors impacting thyroid health?
Ayurveda emphasizes the close link between emotions and physical health. According to Ayurvedic principles, emotions like guilt can accumulate and manifest as imbalances in specific organs, such as the thyroid. This webinar will help you comprehend how unresolved guilt can crystallize in the thyroid, leading to a range of distressing symptoms. Learn effective strategies to prevent and address guilt crystallization in the thyroid, and embark on a journey towards holistic well-being.
