FAQs
- We are a cashless venue.
- You can park in our adjacent lot on Swannanoa Ave. It is free.
- No outside food or drink is allowed in the venue.
- We are an alcohol free venue. We have a variety of locally made beverages including Shanti Elixir Jun. We do not serve food.
- Tickets can be purchased online or at the door at the time of the show. We do not have box office hours.
- Doors open one hour before event unless otherwise stated on ticket link.
- Events are both seated and standing, depending on the artist. Please do not rearrange the seating setup, and make sure to keep the aisles clear.
- Children are welcome, unless otherwise stated on ticket link. We ask that parents are sensitive to the intimate nature of the venue and our commitment to providing an attentive and quiet audience for the artists. Tickets are required for children, except infants.
- We are handicap accessible. The ramp and side entrance are next to our deck on Swannanoa Ave. Please call us upon arriving at (828) 785-5228 and knock on the door for admittance.
- We do not offer refunds.
- Pets are not allowed in the venue.
- Please be sensitive and avoid excessive use of cell phones during performances. Also, please refrain from using photo or video cameras, besides phones, without the express consent of the venue and artist.
- Ticketing for all Candlelight Concerts is handled by FeverUp. Please direct all inquiries to hello@feverup.com. Also, note that doors close for Candlelight Concerts 10 minutes after show time.
